Nous avons utilis\u00e9 ce Pop-Up Store comme lieu de formation et comme source d\u2019information sur cette nouvelle offre.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quelle_importance_joue_lespace_que_vous_avez_choisi_dans_votre_strategie_B_to_B\"><\/span><b>Quelle importance joue l\u2019espace que vous avez choisi dans votre strat\u00e9gie B to B ? <\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous voulions que cet espace soit l\u2019incarnation du <strong>restaurant de demain<\/strong>. Notre souhait a \u00e9t\u00e9 de d\u00e9poussi\u00e9rer l\u2019image de la restauration collective et de lui donner <strong>un nouveau souffle<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour que cette strat\u00e9gie fonctionne, il nous fallait d&rsquo;abord\u00a0une localisation qui porte notre projet. Le brief de d\u00e9part \u00e9tait un espace central, dans un quartier d\u2019affaires et facile d\u2019acc\u00e8s. L\u2019espace rue des D\u00e9chargeurs s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 id\u00e9al car il nous permet \u00e9galement de pr\u00e9senter cette offre au grand public.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuite, il nous a fallu trouver un espace qui, techniquement, se pr\u00eatait \u00e0 notre activit\u00e9 de restauration et notre ambition de cr\u00e9er plusieurs atmosph\u00e8res. La d\u00e9coration de cet espace a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le si important que nous avons fait appel \u00e0 notre bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes en interne. Nous avions une bonne base avec cet espace tr\u00e8s brut, que nous avons sublim\u00e9 avec du bois, du cuivre et de la verdure pour un rendu chaleureux et moderne. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Comment_mesurer_le_succes_de_ce_projet\"><\/span><b>Comment mesurer le succ\u00e8s de ce projet ?\u00a0<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si l\u2019on en croit notre taux de remplissage jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, nous sommes tr\u00e8s satisfaits et nous sommes m\u00eame <strong>au-dessus<\/strong> des objectifs que nous nous \u00e9tions fix\u00e9s. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce projet \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re est une premi\u00e8re pour Sodexo ainsi que pour la restauration collective, il nous a donc permis d\u2019attirer l\u2019attention des m\u00e9dias. Nous sommes tr\u00e8s satisfaits des retomb\u00e9es presse obtenues, y compris des supports qui nous suivent moins d\u2019habitude. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cependant, notre plus grande fiert\u00e9 se trouve en interne : le Pop-Up Store a eu un vrai effet <strong>team building<\/strong> pour nos \u00e9quipes, car tous les d\u00e9partements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 monopolis\u00e9s sur le projet.
