Comment s\u2019adresser \u00e0 elle pour lui donner envie de pousser la porte de chez Leroy Merlin ? \u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avec l\u2019aide de <strong>Space to Pop<\/strong>, Leroy Merlin a investi un espace de 200m\u00b2 dans le quartier du <strong>Marais<\/strong>, en plein coeur de Paris. Son but ? Il nous arrive fr\u00e9quemment d\u2019organiser des soir\u00e9es sur le th\u00e8me du bricolage et nous savons qu\u2019elles plaisent car la liste d\u2019inscrits d\u00e9passe souvent les places disponibles. Mais nous ne constatons pas de rebond ou de ROI en magasin. Ce n\u2019est pas une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration perdue pour le monde du bricolage, mais nous savons qu\u2019il faut leur parler autrement. Utiliser une scie sauteuse par exemple, n\u2019est pas chose facile. Leroy Merlin se positionne ici comme coach et confirme sa volont\u00e9 de d\u00e9mocratiser l&rsquo;univers du bricolage.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"En_quoi_ce_lieu_est-il_ideal_pour_vous\"><\/span><b>En quoi ce lieu est-il id\u00e9al pour vous ?<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour nous, le lieu id\u00e9al doit se trouver 20 minutes \u00e0 pied, tout au plus, de notre cible client. Le fait d\u2019avoir un Pop-Up Store au coeur du Marais nous permet de nous inscrire dans un lieu de vie et d\u2019habitat. Ces deux crit\u00e8res sont primordiaux pour obtenir un nombre d\u2019entr\u00e9es suffisant pour collecter une data qualitative. Nous travaillons d\u2019ailleurs avec une agence qui active nos r\u00e9seaux sociaux pour tracter un maximum de clients et capitaliser sur notre pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 la Foire de Paris.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deuxi\u00e8me atout de cet espace : sa grande vitrine, qui permet aux passants d&rsquo;apercevoir ce qui se passe \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur et de voir des gens bricoler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfin, disposer de 200m\u00b2 nous a permis d&rsquo;am\u00e9nager diff\u00e9rentes zones, dont
