This non-profit community event space in the Mile End area of Montreal, is perfect for brands or designers looking to meet their clients, host art events, product launches.
This sunny 400 sq. ft. studio has hardwood floors, white walls, and a large exhibition window overlooking Parc Avenue, and benefits from high foot traffic and proximity to the 80 bus line. It is an ideal location for all types of cultural events, including workshops, pop-up shops, art exhibitions and vernissages, literary readings, launches, and photo/video shoots.
Rentals include: exclusive access to the 400 sq. ft. space (keyed entry) with private washroom, electricity, wi-fi, sound system, projector, sandwich-board sign, 4 folding tables, 20 folding chairs, racks, and a cord and hook system for mounting artwork on the walls.
- If you plan on serving alcohol at your event, you'll need a reunion permit (that you need to apply for at least 15 days before the start of the event).
- You can access the space as early in the day as you like, to set up. Please keep in mind that we have street neighbours. The noise level should be kept to a modest level as of 10PM and can not be heard beyond the boundaries of the property or by immediate neighbours.
- No nails, screws, staples, tape, or penetrating items may be used on the space's walls or ceilings. We have a hook system for mounting artwork on the walls.
- Unfortunately, the space is not wheelchair accessible. There are eight outdoor steps leading to the front entrance. There is a gender-neutral washroom in the space.
