Located at the foot of the metro, this 120 sq m space on two levels (70 sq m on the ground floor and 50 sq m in the basement) benefits from superb benefits: its large 8m long display window not only offers superb light all day long, but also a very advantageous street exhibition; it is equipped with adjustable projectors on its two levels, a kitchenette allowing you to better accommodate your customers as well as a large secure staircase which leads to the completely renovated basement. The building, built in the early 19th century, is one of the few on the street not to have been razed to the ground during Haussmann's time. Thus the apparent foundations tell the history of the place, and the rehabilitation which required 4 months of work preserves the experience of the place.

This place was born out of a desire to set up a multidisciplinary place in the heart of a district - the 11th district - and a district - Saint Maur / Voltaire - which is undergoing rapid change. Designated from now on as the "Haut-Marais", this district and its surroundings have also seen their frequentation exploding in recent times, drawing a new physiognomy of the area.
