Charming Artist Workshop in Belleville

Located in the neighbourhood of Belleville, this artist's studio combines the charm of the old with a modern and refined style.

Thanks to a thin glass window separating the two large rooms, the studio can be entirely modulated according to the events it can host: its great natural luminosity, offered by a 40m2 glass roof and a 4-metre high ceiling, lends itself readily to the organisation of showrooms and fittings, while its kitchen is suitable for hosting dinners and cocktail parties.

Apart from a large old-style wooden table, the studio can be entirely vacated or rented out with the artist's photographs on display on the walls. Decorative elements and furniture (benches, chairs, storage) that also add to the charm of the studio can be left in place.

On the ground floor, with a large double door entrance giving direct access to a quiet street, it is possible to park while you take possession of the place.

The cleaning costs for arrival and departure are included in the price. For a rental over several days, the workshop can be vacated 24 hours a day.
