This 11th floor loft space is ideal for almost any event including an Art Opening, a Fashion Show, a Product Launch, a Corporate Event, or a Photoshoot. It has floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings, filling the space with amazing natural light. And the space is the perfect blank canvas for any brand or retailer trying to connect physically with new ad existing customers. It has an amazing open floor plan with the exception of the corridor around the space created by supporting pillars. Though the space has walls made almost entirely of windows the space still constitutes as white box with it’s all white interior and concrete floor.

You also have to include the Grand Central Market which is full of public seating and great restaurants from many different cultures. Which is across the street from the famous Bradbury Building on one side and the Angel Flight Railway. To the northwest the Historic Core is bordered by such greats as the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Broad and the Moca. To the southwest lies the Staples Center and the Los Angeles Convention Center.
