Designed as a multi-purpose space, this DTLA studio is offered as a production location for photo shoots, filmed interviews, commercial shoots, and more. Featuring a beautiful LARGE 2,700 sq ft of raw space, clean white walls, high ceilings and polished concrete floors, this professional urban space can be styled for a wide range of production activities & offers plenty of natural light from the east.

Wonderful studio with A LOT of natural light. Glass ceiling to floor front doors for welcoming guests through the ground floor. This Retro Loft Style location consists of 1 floor with good daylight exposure. The loft consists of a plain white wall side and a classic red brick side so you can switch up your set from Modern to Retro. Supplies/props are to be requested 24hrs before the booking date.

At 2,700 square feet this creative space is perfect for short to long term projects. An empty warehouse with a vintage industrial look the red brick walls work gracefully as a backdrop. We welcome set builds, large scale dance sequences, concert style music videos, and large scale prop setups. The open layout of this stage allows multiple sets of build and large productions. House power and other amenities are available on site.

THE LOCATION:

- Located in heart of the fashion district in Downtown Los Angeles (near 11th St and Los Angeles St)

- Parking: Mon-Sun metered from 8 am-6 pm (read signs); after 6 pm FREE and very easy to find spots

- 15 min walk to Staples Center, 2-minute walk to the Santee Alley

- Huge variety of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars all within 5 min walk, let us know if you would like help choosing one of these spots.

CONVENIENCE

Depending on traffic, our location is a few minutes away from the core of DTLA. Restaurants, hangout stops, shopping districts, and more can be seen just by looking outside our window. Side street parking is free after 6 PM every day of the week. Parking structures are located around the building with various daily rates ($5, $6, $7).
