Bright and Beautiful Modern Designer Home

We're proud to introduce our bright and modern designer home centrally located in Los Angeles. We've had the pleasure of welcoming everyone from the Property Brothers and Bobby Berk, to Parachute Home, Walmart, fashion, beauty, food and childrens' brands.

Inside you'll find 1600 square feet of recently renovated space for shoots of all kinds. Enjoy immense natural light, a beautiful modern kitchen with white oak open shelving, a designer dining room, two bathrooms with beautiful tile, a peaceful master bedroom with warm details, a modern lounge with a (copyright-free!) artwork gallery wall, and French oak wide plank wood flooring throughout. The home has many beautiful props to make your shoot seamless.

There is a lush backyard with olive trees, beautiful bougainvillea and birds of paradise, as a backdrop for a relaxed and chic lounge. A teak 6-foot table and chairs makes eating outside easy and enjoyable. Our driveway is convenient for loading/unloading production equipment and there is street parking one block west of the property.

The lounge is perfect for holding talent, hair/make-up, and equipment. There is a separate dressing room with clothes rods to store your wardrobe, and a commercial steamer provided.
