**PLEASE NOTE: THIS LISTING IS FOR STUDIO 2**
Our newly renovated space houses 2 large studios with easy loading in the historic area of Hollywood, CA. Both studios have high ceilings with basic lighting, recording & photography equipment so can host a range of creative projects including film/tv production, music videos, photo shoots, casting calls, product launch events, acting workshops etc. All areas are fully equipped with wireless internet, AC & Heating. Attached to this studio is a large outdoor area that can facilitate shoots which require natural light and can allow for very large items (e.g. cars) to enter the studio.
We have a big modern kitchen (access only upon request if available) that can accommodate meetings, 2 bathrooms, and free parking either on the premises, on the street or with special provisions in our neighboring lot that we're partnered with. There are a variety of retail stores, restaurants, production and rental houses nearby though we remain relatively discrete.
