We have few seamless paper background: black, grey, green, red, beige, deep yellow and purple.

STUDIO RULES:

PETS:

Pets are allowed in the studio premises. However, a fine of $100 will be charged for any stains caused by them,

including pee or poo.

CLIENTS/GUESTS:

Please ensure that the number of guests attending matches the requested booking.

Failure to pay for additional guests will result in a fine.

FURNITURE/PROPS:

All furniture and props can be moved, but it is mandatory to return everything back to its original position.

NO SHOES ALLOWED:

Kindly note that shoes are not allowed inside the studio premises. Booties are provided for your convenience.

Only clean shoes worn by models/talent are allowed for shooting purposes.

Rugs cannot be walked on with dirty shoes. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of $100

cleaning fee

CLEANLINESS:

Eating around or on the furniture is strictly prohibited. Food must be limited to the off-set area.

Failure to comply with this rule will result in an extra $200 cleaning fee.

DAMAGES:

Any damage to the studio equipment or walls will result in a replacement fee plus 50% of the item's value.

The cost will be billed to the credit card on file.

OVERTIME:

Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. Please ensure that the studio premises are vacated,

and all items brought into the space are removed by the end time of your booking reservation.

Please plan accordingly.

3RD PARTY VENDORS:

Guests are responsible for their 3rd party vendors, including setup, tear-down, and assistance.

All outside rentals must be vacated outside the studios and hallway by the end of the booking time.
