About this space

The SPARC-it-Place is a community gathering place, event space, and marketplace for local Oakland residents to shop, gather, and eat. We host events, food trucks, and social gatherings on site. We provide over 12,000+ square feet of space for friends, families, neighbors, and pets (on leashes) to shop, gather, and eat in a safe environment. We have a number of seating spaces on site and a small children's play area.

Access to the space is via key code and large gate. Hours of operation are 10am to 9pm. Porta Potty on site. Permitted to host food trucks. Raw space with six vendor space and outdoor seating/planters.
