Private Event Space in Montclair

Well situated in the bustling center of Montclair Village in Oakland, CA just steps away from restaurants and shops, this multi-roomed space has natural light filled spaces that support a variety of activities. Up a short flight of stairs, the windowed reception area beckons. This space is ideal for lounging, greeting guests and serving food. To the right of the reception is a windowed bathroom, and beyond that, another windowed room that features a circular table ringed with chairs. Across from the table is an open area, perfect for photoshoots, or an additional display table. Next to the conference area is a tiled kitchenette, filled with art, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Returning to the reception area, and walking straight ahead, you will find an exhibition area on your left. Lit by two skylights, and lined by glass block, this exhibition space lends itself to pop ups, art exhibitions, panel discussions, workshops, classes and dinners.

While you work with your clients, park your car at metered spaces on the block, or a block away at a manned, reasonably priced parking garage. If you don't mind a short walk, there is also free parking a few blocks away in all directions.

A cleaning fee of $125 applies to all rentals.
