About this space

This former art gallery is perfect as a blank canvas for your next event or pop -up shop. With over 2,000 sq ft of open space, bright natural light, and an industrial feel. Located in between two public parking structures in Old Town allows for easy access for your guests.

Currently we have limited weekend availability but please reach out about your specific dates and any questions.

The daily price reflected is for a full day - hourly rental within a day can be arrange for a lower rate but there is 4 hour minimum.

Cleaning fee: $125

We also will require insurance; you can provide if you are a business by adding us onto your COI or you can purchase short term from a 3rd party.
