New Modern Neighborhood Storefront & Event Space on Prominent Corner w/ Parking & Outdoor

Logan Commons is a new event venue & storefront embedded in the heart of Logan Square.

Sitting at one of the neighborhood’s most vibrant intersections, Logan Commons offers a premium location for retail pop-ups, food pop-ups, brand activations, experiential marketing and community events. Logan Commons is flexible enough to suit nearly any event concept or theme. We can even host private events and meetings.

We’re located five minutes from the California Blue Line, are accessible by several buses and Divvy stations, and walking distance to several of Chicago's best bars and restaurants including Osteria Langhe, Table Donkey Stick, Middlebrow Bungalow, Lonesome Rose, The Freeze, Bang Bang Pie, Katherine Anne Confections, and more.

The early 20th-century brick building has been completely renovated and now boasts an open-concept main space with beautiful natural light from large north- and west-facing windows at the front, perfectly situated for traffic and eyeballs.

The space also has a brand new kitchen area with quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets, and a bottom-freezer refrigerator, plus two large single-occupancy ADA all-gender restrooms (one with a changing station). You’re welcome to use our five tables and 40 chairs which can be set up in a variety of different layouts. The space is ready to bring your creative vision to life!

Logan Commons features a 6-car on-site parking lot and an 1100 square foot outdoor graffiti garden space (work in progress). Both can be utilized as supplement or core parts of your brand experience. In addition to the lot, there’s abundant free and metered parking nearby (additional private parking or valet can be arranged for an extra fee).

Amenities include a professional DJ speaker with easy Bluetooth connection, high speed wifi, dimmable lighting throughout, storage space, and convenient access via personalized smart lock code. Logan Commons is BYO-approved with no catering restrictions, and is dog-friendly!
