About this space

Our authentic north-light studio was built with 1850s finishes. North light photo studios were made famous in the 20th century by icons like Irving Penn and Richard Avedon.

With a sloped, north-facing wall of non-UV blocking windows for continuous soft light throughout the day. Including a full kitchen, private bathroom, hair and makeup essentials, basic photo and video grip, freight elevator as well as stair access.

Ideal space for photo shoots, video productions, workshops, food photography sessions, castings, and much more. A truly unique space unlike any other in Manhattan!
