Hmm, that’s weird. We can’t find those floor plans at the moment. We’ll figure it out and someone will email them to you shortly.
Amazing large open studio/gallery space in a beautiful industrial building with high ceilings. With good lighting as well as natural contained light coming in through the 3 authentic windows. The space has recently undergone a complete renovation designed by Brandt : Haferd architects. We wanted to make sure the feeling of the building would remain in tact and they did a wonderful design by adding diagonal lines, beautiful glass fixtures and an oak wooden floor and modern and clean fixtures. The space can be divided into 2 parts through big moving walls, so if you need the length for long lens or a long movement in a video, it is there.
There is a small kitchen and 2 small enclosed offices with glass walls. 2 new bathrooms with a sink behind glass and rope curtains. We designed the space so it can be used for multiple purposes. It is very well suited for photography and video, but also art openings, panel discussions, theater rehearsals, classes, workshops, meetings, and ballroom or salsa dancing. Because the space can be divided into 2 spaces it is also suited for fewer people and still have a great cozy atmosphere. The glass rooms can also be used as treatment rooms or dressing rooms because they can be closed off with black curtains. The building is in a very quiet and upcoming area on 104th Street, with a church across the street. It is a very friendly neighborhood. The rest of the building is full of artists, so there is a very creative feel to the building. Come and see this space, you will fall in love with it, just as we did!
