About this space

Our space is a 1,500 square feet ground floor loft space that has been painstakingly restored to its original raw, pre-industrial NY beauty.

It features 155 year-old brick walls, Italian terrazzo tile floor, exposed original oak beams, original cast-iron fixtures and 12-foot ceilings. The space is divided by open, 'floating' brick walls into one large room and two smaller rooms.

Just a block or so from Grand Central Station and the UN, we are located in the Turtle Bay area of Midtown East Manhattan, a vibrant, diverse, and international neighborhood of 19th century residences, Gatsby-era Tudor City, glass and steel towers, parks, gardens, the United Nations, Grand Central Station, Japan Society, Asia Society, as well as numerous consulates, NGOs and trade and cultural missions.
