This three bedroom residence is located in the legendary Tribeca neighborhood of Lower Manhattan. Found on a tranquil block, the location has the peaceful energy of a high- end neighborhood while existing within blocks of lively restaurants and cocktail bars.

In just 30 days, Ash Staging transformed this Tribeca penthouse into the brand’s first New York Concept Loft. Our design was inspired by the apartment’s location and history, combining fun, vintage, and bold themes as a sample of Ash Staging’s unique and site-specific design ethos. The end result is a residence that balances downtown cool with the comforts of home.

• Loft rental begins at $2,500 / 4 hours

• Maximum Capacity: 35

• Certificate of Insurance required for any catering/other external services

• Event hosts are responsible for buzzing guests into the building via intercom system - front doors cannot be propped open

• In any cases where rental furniture or equipment is brought on- property, pickup is required within 24 hours. Ash Staging is not responsible for coordinating the return of rental furniture or equipment

• Hosts are responsible for the cost of a cleaning service ($500) following their event
