About this space
We are an industrial style Cafe in downtown Dallas right in front of St Paul station(Dart) and near the free M trolley stop. 2 minutes walk from Sheraton Dallas/First Baptist Church
Space is rentable from 4pm-9 pm on weekdays and from 9 am-9 pm on weekends.
Alternatively space can be rented at separate rates for month together as kind of sub lease for long term.
On street level in a historical downtown building.
We rent out the Cafe after operating hours so usually food is not catered for but you can get your own catering or pay a pre agreed amount for select items catering.
Beverages through a fountain machine will be charged at 3.50$ /head.
No nails/screws etc in walls .Furniture can be moved around but needs to be placed back in place before end of Event.
