Great space, apart from the small drawbacks of having to be in a sidestreet with very low foot traffic and having a cable hanging system for certain walls that might be an issue if you need to hang particular artworks.
Communication from landlords was ok at first, but became quite hard to reach them during planning stage and this lead to some delays for us.
