Here is all the info and what we offer:

In the summer there are two possible locations:

- The porch of the stable

AND

- The Scuderia

Both locations have a rustic porch covered about 100sqm and a garden of about 350sqm: € 6 per person (children aged 2 years) with a minimum of € 150 inside which are included barbecues (excluding charcoal) and tools for Grill, Tables Chairs Bathrooms and Refrigerator. (We recommend buying charcoal in briquettes)

If there is a place indoors (in addition to outdoor space): ancient restored stable equipped with tables and chairs with an additional cost is € 50.

In the period in which we need heating instead, the rate is € 8.50 per person with a minimum € 200

For the beautiful season, use of above-ground pool € 50 and plug for beer € 30.

NB.: The membership of € 4 per person is mandatory from 14 years (the card has an annual validity).

Our rules are:

1. We are a social promotion association, and we are part of the CSEN, so all participants must be in possession of a valid CSEN personal card.

Whoever was without cards or have the same expired, the membership fee is € 4 with annual validity and includes insurance coverage for civil liability.

2.When you have decided we would like to visit us in order to fix the date by giving a deposit of € 100 that in any case will not be refundable.

3.There of the baskets for garbage complete with bags that will have to be strictly taken away by members. Any abandonment also out of the structure, they will be denounced by us to the competent authorities, even with the aid of the municipal cameras that control any violations.

4. Local, equipment and furnishings are delivered to members in perfect condition and must be returned functional, clean and ordered in the initial state.

5. It is allowed to use music by only accompaniment with a maximum of 2 25 watt speakers (max). Music must be turned off:

- at 11pm on Friday and Saturday,

- At 10pm the other days.

The associates must leave the structure at 23.30 under the conditions of point 3 and point 4.

6. The balance must be paid at the beginning of the event while maintaining € 100 as a security deposit, for any failure to withdraw for garbage (also partly), lack of cleanliness or damage to the structure or things, violation of texture return times . In the event of described shortcomings (also partly), the security deposit will be fully retained.

8. It is responsibility of the associates immediately notify any existing damage before arrival, which otherwise will be charged to the users of the event.

9. Associates are recommended to use common sense compared to the rules of good neighborly, to the civic sense and to conviviality.
