About this space
Newly build open concept space for any size photo or film production needs.
The Studio is a large Cyclorama with a large production space that includes a kitchen, makeup/ two hair stations, two bathroom and conference/lunch space. There is a separate attached preproduction/green/lounge room with kitchen, private changing room and bathroom.
There is also a conference room that has a window that looks into the studio and has a separate entrance and restroom.
There will be an additional Cleaning Fee $150-$300
AC/Heat usage is additional $150 per day.
Studio comes with 8 spots weekdays and 15 weekends and evenings in our gated lot. Street parking in the area is free. With advanced notice Extra parking is $15 per spot for up to 8 spots and full lot use can be arranged for $500.
Overtime fees may apply from $200-$300. After 8pm we require a security guard.
Renters must have insurance
