Available for small, intimate and personal gatherings. The space is great for murder mysteries, costume parties, micro weddings, baby and bridal showers, birthday parties, rehearsal dinner and creative events.
The main gallery boast a built in oak bar, large arched windows for taking in the view, 2 restrooms, an EnSite with its own bathroom and courtyard. The interior boast of a built in solid wood bar, a commercial kitchen and antiques throughout the room. A romantic Romeo & Juliette balcony that looks out over the large iron doors and elegant circle drive, a stunning hand carved gliding wooden staircase that descends down from the top floor to the circular foyer. All for those amazing photos!
The patio has covered seating area with plenty of tables and chairs, a pool with a solar sail and seating with water games, an outdoor casita with 2 restrooms and changing room. The courtyard is lit up with festoon lighting and twinkle lights around our many trees. Talk about photo opportunities, this villa has them all! A chandelier tree, frame gallery, antique bench's and a 100 year old domed cupola for weddings. A 1974 remodeled Airstream with bench seating and neon signs. Perfect for just relaxing or a eclectic room to just chill.
It offers free parking for up to 30 cars and ample space for production trucks, honey wagons etc. tents etc. Yep you can even glamp here with special permission. This amazing hill country Italian elegance is simply too hard to resist!
