It has a fully equipped kitchen for the complete and exclusive layout of the housing and which allows you to offer catering service.

The loft is also equipped with a Wi-Fi network, cable TV, toilet, heating, air conditioning, a wafer coffee machine.

Its position on the ground inside a courtyard allows easy loading/unloading operations even with vans.

The courtyard is not private, but usable and used as a smoking area.
