Design Studio in Milano

Questo spazio armonioso e accogliente nasce dalla ristrutturazione totale di un vecchio laboratorio, un corpo indipendente in un silenzioso cortile all’ombra di 2 betulle.

E' composto da 2 aree divise da una grande parete in vetro e ferro: lo studio (25 mq) e la zona living (25 mq). Completano il tutto una cucina attrezzata, un bagno e un terrazzo piantumato di 15 mq. Il cortile è ad uso esclusivo e può essere utilizzato come area fumatori.

L'offerta è modulabile con eventuale aggiunta dello studio previa valutazione delle attività da svolgersi.

Lo spazio è molto silenzioso e gode della luce naturale che proviene dalle vetrate verso il cortile e dai lucernari sul tetto. L'arredamento è un mix di pezzi di design e modernariato che bene si adattano a questa tipologia di ambiente.

Lo spazio può essere utilizzato per servizi fotografici o piccoli eventi (vendite private, presentazione di libri, lectures, ecc) ma non per feste private. Si rendono disponibili ulteriori arredi per un massimo di 25 persone a sedere.

Si possono fornire su richiesta servizi aggiuntivi di catering (cocktails, vini, piccola cucina) o musica acustica dal vivo.

Lo studio si trova nella zona sud di Milano, a pochi minuti di auto dalla barriera dell'autostrada Genova-Milano.

E' facilmente raggiungibile dal centro di Milano (dieci fermate di tram numero 15 dal Duomo) e dista solo 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione metro di Abbiategrasso sulla linea verde.

This harmonious and welcoming space was born from the total renovation of an old laboratory, an independent body in a quiet courtyard in the shade of 2 birches.

It consists of 2 spaces divided by a large glass and iron wall: the studio (25 sqm) and the living area (25 sqm). The whole is completed by an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a planted terrace of 15 square metres. The courtyard can be used as a smoking area.

The offer is modular with the possible addition of the Studio after evaluation of the activities to be carried out.

The space is very quiet and enjoys the natural light coming from the windows to the courtyard and the skylights on the roof. The furniture is a mix of design and modernised pieces that adapt well to this type of environment.

The space can be used for photo shoots or small events (private sales, book presentation, lectures, etc.) but not for private parties. Additional furnishings are available for up to 25 seats.

Additional catering services (cocktails, wines, cooking) or live acoustic music are provided on request.

The studio is located in the south of Milan, a few minutes drive from the barrier of the Genova-Milano motorway.

It is easily accessible from the centre of Milan (ten stops number 15 from the Duomo) and is only a 5-minute walk from the Abbiategrasso metro station on the green line.
