Our venue is great for baby showers, wedding showers, small wedding ceremonies, photoshoots, meetings, creative retreats, mini conferences and other special private events.
NOTE: We cannot host public events or ticketed functions.
POLICIES:
All events are subject to 11.75% tax
No smoking in the building or in the foyer area including E cigarettes and vapes. A $500 fine will be applied for smoking
All Events must conclude by 10 PM.
Decor:
No glitter or confetti can be used. All flames must be contained in glass. Nothing can be affixed to the walls (no nails, tape, etc). Only self standing structures may be used unless previously approved by management. Any damages to walls will be charged back to the client.
Insurance:
Mandatory Event Insurance to include Host Liquor Liability for BYOB events or required to use an insured bartender
**Bar Rules: No Shots or Neat Pours allowed / No Self Service / 5-hour Max Bar Time
