The Storefront Concierge team is here to make your life easier.

Every member of the team is an experienced pop-up expert who has helped hundreds of brands launch pop-up initiatives. A Concierge’s role is to help brands find the perfect spaces for projects. Using their knowledge of the available spaces, the marketplace and the brand’s requirements, they are perfectly positioned to help Storefront clients achieve their goals.

Why is a listing managed by a Concierge and not the landlord?

While the majority of listings on the Storefront platform are managed directly by their owners, a small number are managed by the Concierge team instead. Some listing owners want the Storefront Concierge team to manage a space on their behalf in order to provide potential renters with better support. This is because our knowledge and experience of that property means it makes sense for inquiries to go directly to the Concierge team rather than the landlord.

This doesn’t mean Storefront owns the property or applies any additional cost or service charge. All it means is that the Concierge team is the best point of contact to discuss the availability, specifics, and options surrounding that particular space.
