On October 11th, all Listings that haven’t upgraded to a paid subscription will automatically move to a Basic Listing (FREE) plan. While Basic Listings allow you to showcase your space, manage bookings, and communicate with renters, they are limited in visibility and have a restriction on the amount of inquiries they can receive on a monthly basis.

Why is Storefront moving to a subscription model?

We’re transitioning to a subscription model to enhance the visibility of our platform and improve the services we offer to our Listing Owners. We have lots of exciting new features on the way and need the support of our Listing Owner community to improve Storefront for everyone. We are also continuing to work on enhancing our visibility and marketing so that Storefront continues to be the go-to place for Renters to find and match with spaces for their projects.

What happens if I don’t upgrade?

From October 11th, 2024, your listing will become a Basic Listing (FREE), meaning it will have reduced visibility and a limit on the amount of inquiries it can receive on a monthly bais..

Can I still manage my Listing without upgrading?

Yes, you can still showcase your space, process payments securely, chat with renters, and manage your calendar, but your Listing will receive significantly fewer inquiries.

How do I apply the 25% discount?

If you are fortunate enough to be among the first 100 users to take advantage of this offer, all you need to do is use the code SPECIAL25 at checkout on the subscription page before October 11 to secure your discount.

Is there a benefit to choosing the annual subscription?

Yes, the annual subscription already includes two months free, and you can apply the 25% discount on top of this saving, making it even more cost-effective.

Are there discounts for multiple Listings?

Yes, we offer scaled pricing for Listing Owners with multiple Listings. And yes, the 25% discount applies to all Listings. The more Listings you have live on Storefront, the lower the cost per Listing. The exact savings will be detailed on the subscription page when you select the number of Listings you want to upgrade.

What happens if I upgrade after September 1st?

You can still upgrade to a paid subscription after October 11, but you will not be able to take advantage of the 25% discount. Additionally, during the time your Listing remains on the Basic Listing plan, it will pick up fewer inquiries, which could affect your bookings. It wont impact any ongoing conversations you have with renters.

What payment methods are accepted for the subscription?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via our Payment Processor, Stripe. Payments are processed securely through our platform, ensuring your financial information is protected.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during a billing cycle, your paid subscription will remain active until the end of that cycle, and then your listing will revert to a Basic Listing.

Will I be charged automatically each month or year?

Yes, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually), so you don’t have to worry about interruptions to your service.

What happens to my current bookings if I don’t upgrade?

Your current bookings will remain unaffected if you choose not to upgrade. However, your Listing will have reduced visibility and a monthly limit on teh amount of inquiries you can receive.
