Why Open a Pop-Up Shop in Eixample Dreta

Eixample Dreta sits to the right of Passeig de Gràcia, the main axis of Barcelona's upscale retail corridor. The area combines dense residential population with high levels of tourist and business traffic, particularly around Passeig de Gràcia itself, Rambla de Catalunya, and Carrer d'Enric Granados. Footfall is consistent year-round, with peaks during trade fairs at Fira de Barcelona, Fashion Week Barcelona, and the summer tourist season.

The neighbourhood attracts a mix of independent boutiques, flagship stores, and design-led showrooms. That commercial variety means a pop-up in Eixample Dreta sits alongside established brands and draws the kind of consumer who is actively shopping rather than passing through. For DTC brands, fashion labels, beauty companies, and lifestyle brands, the area offers genuine discovery potential without the cost commitments of a permanent retail unit.

Rental rates for short-term retail in Eixample Dreta typically range from around €400 to €2,500 per week depending on street, size, and format.
