About this space
Our versatile gallery is a multi-purpose space and retail store front, facing busy Fairfax Ave.
The space has a history of promoting art shows, product releases, special events, listening/record release parties for independent and major record label bands. The large front windows are available for promoting events through graphic applications. The total rental space holds about 1020 sq ft. of exhibitor space downstairs.
The space delivers an experience that stimulates all the senses. All those who love unbridled creativity and diversity are welcome.
Day rate is equivalent to 8 hours only. Pricing May change if additional hours are needed.
Cleaning fee will be collected at the beginning of your booking of $120.
If having alcohol, licensed security is required and an inconvience fee of $150. We provide the security service at $150. Any events with alcohol would have to be approved prior. The event would be rsvp/invite only.
Art hanging service can be provided for additional fee depending on the amount of art. All art hangers must be professional and have proof of insurance.
Wall paint and patch fee for any holes created during your booking. Price varies on the amount of holes.
In house vinyl decal service for additional fee for personalized window or wall display. Please inquire for pricing.
No smoking inside or on our premises.
No parties, DJ, or loud music. You are welcome to use our surround sound speaker system via Wifi or aux hook up.
* We do not have central air, we do however have fans if needed.
