L’Oréal Paris, the world cosmetics leader, and the official partner of Paris Fall Fashion Week 2016, will open its first Pop-Up Store in Paris on September 29th. For this extraordinary occasion, L’Oréal chose Storefront to find a unique Parisian space that matched the brand’s premium, yet accessible character.
For decades, the French brand has remained a global beacon for the cosmetics industry thanks to clever marketing that combines accessibility with commercial innovation. This Pop-Up Store is no exception, as it will be the beauty bar of the year to discover 600 products by the brand, of which 150 are event exclusives. Perfectly situated near Boulevard Haussmann and the Grands Magasins, it is already marked on the maps of the finest fashionistas and make-up addicts.
The cherry (lipstick) on top – every night of Fashion Week, one of L’Oréal’s famed brand ambassadors will be present in the Pop-Up Store to meet fans: we have confirmed that supermodel Karlie Kloss and Barbara Palvin are among some of the L’Oréal lovelies set to grace the shop, and beloved blogger Kristina Bazan will reveal the mini cosmetic collection exclusive to the Pop-Up event. Parisian pigeons rumor that Doutzen Kroes, Lara Stone, Liya Kebede, Eva Longoria and Leila Bekhti will also make appearances!
Entirely dedicated to make-up, this Pop-Up feels like being backstage at a fashion show. Technology, make-up, and design collide around a product bar where you can try the entire collection of Highlighters, the new Mascara Volume Million Lashes Fatale, and use the new app, Nail Genius, to virtually test all colors of L’oréal nail varnish. A ceiling overhead intimates the Eiffel Tower – tourists eat your heart out! Each month, Karim Rahman, the brand’s make-up designer, will lead a specific masterclass and teach looks using the LookBox that can be purchased.
