The shoppers and retail sector of this great Chinese city are always looking for new products and innovative ways to shop. Whether you are promoting apparel, vehicles or other products, there are showrooms to highlight any kind of retail sales. Shops, galleries, and warehouse space are just some of the lease opportunities available. You can find showroom space for a classic look, or a more modern and eclectic design available for lease. No matter what product or service you are planning to show off, there is a showroom to rent in Hong Kong that will highlight it in the best possible light.

What is a showroom?

A showroom is a gallery or retail space that can be used to showcase products and services. It is temporary in nature with no long term lease commitments. The venue can be of any size, but it is designed to exhibit products for sale and allow potential customers to try your products and services.

How much does a showroom cost to rent in Hong Kong?

The cost to rent a showroom in Hong Kong covers a wide range. The amount can go anywhere from 412HKD to 91700HKD with an average of 14300. The range is large because different venues charge for tenancy in different ways. Some may charge by the square foot plus the amount of time the rental will run. There may also be extra charges for electrical hookups and staffing as needed.

Things to consider when choosing a showroom venue/location in Hong Kong

Cost should be one of the first things to be considered when choosing a showroom for hire in Hong Kong. Your budget will determine the size of space and the length of time that you can afford to lease it for. It may also affect where you choose to have the showroom situated. Being clear on the budget will help target the rental units that can be afforded.

Location is an important consideration as well. If the business needs walk-in traffic, then the showroom needs to be somewhere that is easily accessible both by foot and public transit. If it is a highly advertised short term event, then perhaps something farther away from the business of the city center could work well. Extra parking and lots of space may be helpful when it’s a large crowd in a short period of time.

Capacity is another consideration when finding a showroom to let in Hong Kong. The capacity will vary depending on the type of event it is. If it is come and go with people dropping in and leaving at times throughout the day then you may be able to have a smaller capacity venue than one that has everyone in the room at the same time.

Set up is another thing to consider with a showroom venue in Hong Kong. Does the showroom come with technology and stage if needed or are these something that needs to be rented as additional items? The other question will be around staffing and if your event needs people to set up booths, stages shelving, or run tech for the showcase.
